Where are you located?

We are an online store based in Los Angeles, California. Our Thai outfits are handwoven and designed in Thailand as we work exclusively with dressmakers from Thailand.

 

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online store that ships traditional Thai clothing worldwide.

 

Can I customize or design my own dress?

We do not offer the option to customize or design dresses yet.

Ordering process


How long does delivery take?

Please see below for delivery timelines. You can get in touch with us at help@thaioufit.com for the expedited options.

• Ground Shipping: 5-8 business days (Free for US orders over $150)
• Worldwide Economy: 3-4 weeks (Free for international orders over $150)

 

Who pays for shipping?

We offer free standard shipping for ALL orders over $150.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! For international orders, you will be responsible for any duties, custom fees and VAT costs. These costs (which can sometimes be upwards of 50% of the order price) are out of our hands so please do your own research beforehand.

 

What is your shipping cutoff time?

  • Free Shipping: Orders received are shipped out the following business day.
  • Express Shipping: Overnight and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received before post office closure. Orders received after closure will ship out the following business day.

 

Returns


What if there is an issue with the quality of my dress?

We stand behind our high quality craftsmanship. If for some reason, you feel as though the item is faulty, please email us at help@thaioutfit.com with 3-4 large, well lit photos of the item, along with your order number and we will contact you with the next steps.

 

What is your refund policy?

If you're unhappy with the outfit, we offer full refunds (minus the shipping costs).

Please email us within 7 days of delivery to let us know and initiate the process for any returns. The dress must be postmarked for return within 7 days to be eligible for refunds. Please note that any item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition.

For all international orders outside the US, we can only do full refunds (minus the shipping costs). All international VAT costs and customs duty are also non-refundable.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

What happens if my package never arrived or was lost?

While we are not responsible for any missing/lost packages during the delivery process by the shipping carrier, we will do our best to help you locate the package. We recommend that you first call or visit your local post office and then file a claim directly with them.
